Lead the social media presence of a fast-growing consumer delivery and commerce brand. Own Instagram and TikTok from strategy through hands-on content creation, publishing, and performance optimization.
Обязанности
- Own Instagram and TikTok strategy, execution, and performance.
- Produce high-volume short-form content, including Reels, TikToks, and Stories.
- Shoot, edit, and publish content without relying on external production.
- Respond quickly to trends, viral moments, and real-time opportunities while maintaining brand voice.
- Develop content pillars that increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Measure engagement, shares, saves, watch time, and audience behavior.
- Optimize social content based on performance insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Commercial teams on authentic brand stories.
Требования
- Experience managing social media for a leading consumer brand or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and formats.
- Strong storytelling skills, including hooks, pacing, and audience attention.
- Ability to create, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content independently.
- Cultural fluency across Hebrew- and Arabic-speaking audiences.
- Ability to make creative decisions independently and take ownership.
- Strong interest in internet culture, trends, memes, and shareable content.
