Own the organic social media function for a growing direct-to-consumer wellness and beauty brand. This six-month maternity-leave contract may be extended or become permanent. The role is hybrid in Herzliya, Israel.

- Own the organic content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Plan, shoot, and edit product, lifestyle, and trend-led content when needed.
- Schedule and publish approved content with captions, hashtags, links, and product tags.
- Manage comments, direct messages, and tags while building community relationships.
- Monitor competitors, trends, audio, formats, and brand mentions.
- Repurpose rights-cleared creator and user-generated content for organic channels.
- Report on reach, engagement, follower growth, social-attributed traffic, and revenue.
- Track KPIs and optimize content and publishing strategies based on performance.
- Coordinate events, podcast appearances, and ambassador activations, including on-site content capture.
Требования
- At least 3 years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally for a beauty, wellness, or direct-to-consumer brand.
- Native-level English with excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Understanding of American culture, especially in the beauty and wellness sectors.
- Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest for a brand, including content calendars and scheduling tools.
- Strong community management skills, including handling comments, direct messages, and escalations.
- Working knowledge of content creation and light editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.
- Strong analytical skills and experience tracking KPIs and reporting on social performance.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership with minimal handover time.
- Residence in Israel and ability to work hybrid from Herzliya.
