A digital marketing agency is hiring a full-time, hybrid Social Media Manager in the Tel Aviv District. The role focuses on building brand awareness and generating leads for law firm clients through strategic social media, content creation, and campaign optimization.

- Develop and execute social media strategies for legal-sector clients.
- Plan, create, and publish content across major social media platforms.
- Manage content calendars and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Monitor audience engagement and performance metrics.
- Optimize campaigns for reach and conversion.
- Respond to audience interactions and support community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align messaging with legal industry standards.
- Track platform trends, best practices, and relevant regulatory considerations.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) is required.
- Native-level Hebrew proficiency is required.
- Experience with social media strategy, content creation, and organic growth across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Strong creative judgment and the ability to develop engaging content concepts from professional subject matter.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects independently, meet deadlines, and own the social media process with minimal supervision.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills and confidence working with professionals and senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of branding, lead generation, positioning, and funnel optimization.
- Motivation, ambition, strong work ethic, and a results-focused approach.
