A flexible workspace provider is seeking a Community Manager for its Petah Tikva location. The full-time role focuses on building a strong member community, delivering excellent service, and creating an engaging workplace experience.

Обязанности

  • Build and maintain the local community through networking and events
  • Engage, grow, and nurture community members with fresh activities
  • Create an inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and creativity
  • Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to support smooth processes
  • Act as the primary contact for members and resolve member-related issues

Требования

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Face-to-face customer service and sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of spoken and written English
  • Creative, practical, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • Ability to multitask and anticipate customer and market needs

  • Experience in marketing, writing, or social media management
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and local business activity
