- Create client-facing reports that translate platform insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success throughout customer engagements.
- Present findings in client meetings and act as a trusted subject matter expert.
- Conduct customized investigations and analyses based on client needs and business objectives.
- Develop marketing intelligence briefs and compelling analytical content.
Требования
- Experience with social media intelligence, social listening, digital analytics, or comparable platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.
- Experience writing executive reports, research papers, or analytical content.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
