Lead the strategy, development, production, and scaling of digital content for global campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. Partner with agencies, production teams, design, and direct-to-consumer stakeholders to create platform-native experiences across digital and social channels.

- Lead digital content development from briefing through delivery for global campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Translate brand and category strategies into content experiences across the consumer funnel
- Define platform-native content best practices for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Develop content briefs, oversee production, provide creative feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives and brand standards
- Drive GenAI, modular content, and emerging technology adoption to improve content quality, efficiency, and scalability
- Advise global markets on digital content strategy, storytelling, and effectiveness
- Manage, coach, and develop a Digital Content Specialist
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, production partners, design teams, and direct-to-consumer teams
Требования
- 7–9 years of experience in digital content development, content marketing, creative production, digital communications, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, or a related field
- Strong experience creating content for consumer brands
- Expertise in YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Experience developing website, campaign, video, social media, eCommerce, and performance creative content
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and emerging AI applications for content creation and optimization
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
