- Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Drive innovation and explore new ways to reach consumers through insights and trends.
- Monitor brand performance and identify growth opportunities through analysis and business cases.
- Oversee brand programs, ensuring delivery against KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop digital activations and pricing strategies balancing competitiveness, profitability, and consumer value.
- Collaborate with Sales & Trade teams to design and implement effective trade marketing programs.
- Optimize portfolio architecture and lead new product development from concept to launch.
- Analyze market dynamics, including legitimate and non-legitimate segments, to generate actionable insights.
- Provide market forecasts and financial inputs to support annual planning cycles.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or Communications.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG and multinational environments.
- Excellent command of Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in strategic planning and brand portfolio management.
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking with data analysis skills.
- Experience in global, cross-functional environments with stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to create impactful reports and presentations.
- Innovative, detail-oriented problem solver with excellent time management.
