Join an AdTech team to manage publisher and demand-side partnerships, optimize programmatic performance, support partner operations, and contribute to revenue growth.
Обязанности
- Manage daily relationships with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, agencies, and demand partners.
- Monitor campaign and monetization performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze performance data and marketplace trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support partner onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing account management.
- Work with Product, Ad Operations, and Business teams to improve partner performance and platform efficiency.
- Resolve partner issues and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Identify partnership expansion opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate reporting, account documentation, and performance tracking.
Требования
- 1–2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, AdTech, ad operations, or account management.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, and real-time bidding.
- Experience working with publishers, demand partners, agencies, or advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into optimization recommendations.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, relationship management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, ownership-oriented, and willing to learn.
