A growing consumer commerce platform is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own campaigns from initial brief through launch. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, translates objectives into actionable plans, and ensures campaigns are delivered on time and to brief.

- Own campaigns from planning through launch.
- Translate briefs into 360-degree marketing plans.
- Coordinate stakeholders involved in campaign execution and remove delivery roadblocks.
- Refine marketing objectives received from the commercial team.
- Plan campaign deployment across multiple channels.
- Define required assets for each channel.
- Build timelines, workflows, and launch schedules.
- Write briefs for content, design, and CRM teams.
- Track progress, review deliverables, and ensure deadlines and campaign objectives are met.
- Integrate relevant AI tools into marketing workflows.
Требования
- Proven experience in account management, marketing, or a comparable role in-house or at an advertising, social media, digital, or content agency.
- Experience managing and executing multichannel campaigns.
- Ability to translate briefs into clear, detailed work plans.
- Experience writing marketing briefs and coordinating multiple teams across concurrent campaigns.
- Strong marketing judgment and ability to evaluate and refine creative and marketing deliverables.
- Strong project management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of social media, CRM, digital marketing, apps, and content.
- Hands-on experience using and integrating AI tools.
