Lead shop-floor manufacturing teams at a healthcare technology company in Yokneam Illit. Ensure safe, consistent production while meeting quality, delivery, cost, and inventory targets and advancing operational excellence.
Обязанности
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations against safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory objectives
- Lead and support production teams on the shop floor while reinforcing accountability and performance
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve operational abnormalities
- Communicate team status, expectations, priorities, and optimized production schedules
- Manage ethical concerns, absenteeism, and employee performance matters through established HR processes
- Execute the shop-floor transformation roadmap and deliver measurable operational improvements
- Implement and maintain manufacturing performance-system tools and standards
- Drive problem-solving, process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Fluent Hebrew and English
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze operational data, assess risk, build consensus, and make balanced decisions
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence principles
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced operational environment and meet tight deadlines

- Lean methodologies and Six Sigma knowledge
- Yellow or Green Belt experience
- Experience with manufacturing process innovation and efficiency improvement
