- Manage and lead space projects from contract award through customer delivery
- Track milestones and maintain cross-functional responsibility for project finances, schedules, and execution
- Lead experiments and project reviews
- Coordinate matrixed work across subcontractors and engineering, operations, and finance teams
- Manage and monitor work plans, equipment processes, deliveries, and project risks
Требования
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience managing business projects using established project management methodologies, or experience as a chief engineer on a development project
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary work teams and managing matrixed personnel
- Experience working with subcontractors and customers
- Professional proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Willingness to work under pressure, work overtime, and travel abroad
- High work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team
