Lead complex development projects in the missile and space division, integrating breakthrough capabilities into strategic airborne weapon systems. Manage end-to-end contracts with the Ministry of Defense, oversee work plans and milestones, and lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

- Manage development projects for integrating breakthrough capabilities into strategic airborne weapon systems.
- Manage end-to-end development contracts with the Ministry of Defense and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee work plans, monitor milestone adherence, and conduct customer surveys.
- Manage diverse work interfaces, including project management team, engineering & integration groups, and close customer communication.
- Independently lead work teams and processes to meet project constraints, including schedule, scope, and resources.
Требования
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in development project management and managing business relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage diverse work interfaces and adjust control levels as needed.

- Experience in systems engineering and solving complex technical problems.
