Lead an airborne defense systems project from development and production through customer deployment. The role includes milestone, budget, supplier, testing, customer, and matrix-team management, with international travel from Ashdod.
Обязанности
- Manage the project from development and production through customer implementation.
- Track milestones and ensure delivery against schedules.
- Lead tests and reviews in Israel and abroad.
- Manage subcontractors on an ongoing basis.
- Provide broad technical, organizational, professional, and financial project oversight.
- Develop systemic and managerial solutions for the customer.
- Participate in project decisions covering technical, organizational, professional, financial, and marketing matters.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with systems engineering, software, mechanical, and hardware disciplines.
Требования
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering and management, business administration, or exact sciences.
- At least three years of project management experience.
- Strong planning, budgeting, and goal-setting skills.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing personnel in a matrix environment.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
