Support planning and control activities for engineering and development projects in the aerospace and defense sector. Coordinate project data, schedules, budgets, workload, procurement, and reporting with project managers and organizational stakeholders.
Обязанности
- Plan, track, and control project labor hours, budgets, and cash flow in coordination with project managers
- Plan and monitor workload capacity
- Prepare quotations and purchase orders
- Collect, consolidate, and review quotation-pricing data
- Track order receipt and follow up on procurement activities
- Monitor deliveries and inventory levels
- Provide regular reports to management
- Coordinate with project managers, organizational leaders, subcontractors, and customers
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
- Strong data analysis and information-processing skills
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- High technical aptitude
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to learn independently
Будет плюсом
- Around two years of experience in project planning and control or PMO work
- Experience with SAP PS
- Experience supporting aerospace or engineering development programs
