- Own end-to-end production programs and plans
- Monitor production progress and ensure smooth material flow
- Coordinate sales and shipment processes
- Track and control production budgets
- Manage operational risk plans
- Drive efficiency improvements and optimize work processes
- Manage matrix stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality
Требования
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management
- At least 2 years of project management experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
