Lead end-to-end operational programs from initiation through closure, coordinating production, supply, delivery, cost, quality, schedule, and risk management across internal functions and customers.

- Own operational programs end to end, from initiation and appointment documentation through program closure.
- Lead execution across schedules, budgets, scope, quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and risks.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate serial deliveries to customers.
- Support the transition from development to production, including NPI activities.
- Represent operations toward business program management and act as the operational program representative.
- Ensure delivery timing, quantity, quality, and cost meet the approved work and delivery plan.
- Monitor project budgets and drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Manage risks continuously and define mitigation plans to support project objectives.
- Support project proposals by preparing operational budgets, cost models, work plans, assumptions, and transfer-of-technology requirements.
- Prepare operational kickoff reviews covering demand, delivery, transfer-to-production, manufacturing, and risk plans.
- Define and approve project-specific cost models and budgets within operations before proposal submission.
- Present operational demand and delivery dates based on project characteristics, risk analysis, and required schedule buffers.
- Communicate operational delivery commitments to business program management.
- Coordinate make-or-buy reviews and validate project infrastructure data, standards, minimum order quantities, and related assumptions.
- Prepare detailed work plans for all program stages, including transfer-of-technology activities where required, while considering existing inventory.
- Participate in contract reviews and monitor material status, including long-lead and customer-furnished items.
- Monitor project scheduling and execution status with the plant program manager.
- Coordinate preparation for project production readiness reviews.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in production planning and control.
- Practical experience managing manufacturing projects and preparing work plans.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing company and in a global organization.
- Knowledge of diverse manufacturing technologies and production methodologies.
- Understanding of and ability to monitor manufacturing processes.
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure and uncertainty.
- Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional internal and external interfaces.
- Ability to provide guidance and training.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
