Join a mobile gaming company as a Technical Operations Manager, coordinating live events, promotions, releases, QA, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

- Manage feature and event lifecycles from technical readiness through release, QA, scheduling, and post-publication monitoring.
- Coordinate technical enablement for in-game and external events, promotions, marketing events, and live A/B tests.
- Coordinate handoffs between Product, Business, Engineering, and QA teams.
- Identify repetitive workflows and improve them through AI tools, scripts, and process redesign.
- Document processes, decisions, and lessons learned to improve team capability.
- Translate operational expertise into structured, AI-powered processes that scale team capacity.
Требования
- At least 1 year of experience in technical operations, live operations, or production management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently across platforms such as Jira or Monday.com.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues independently.
- Ability to write clear, complete, and actionable process documentation.
- Interest in AI tools and workflow automation.

- Experience with live game operations, including events, A/B testing, and publishing pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AI workflow tools such as GPT-based platforms.
- Familiarity with configuration-based systems.
- Experience writing or improving operational standard operating procedures.
