Lead complex technical programs across Product and R&D, translating strategy into executable plans and improving delivery predictability, accountability, and business impact.
Обязанности
- Translate product strategy and technical initiatives into quarterly execution plans.
- Lead quarterly planning across Product Area teams, including timelines, deliverables, ownership, dependencies, and risks.
- Align Product and R&D leaders, architects, DevOps, Security, and executives on priorities, scope, timelines, and trade-offs.
- Identify dependencies and delivery risks, lead mitigation plans, and provide leadership visibility.
- Create dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and operating cadences for execution transparency.
- Improve Agile operating models, planning templates, ceremonies, and delivery governance.
- Support backlog prioritization, refinement, estimation, technical alignment, and capacity planning.
- Facilitate complex decisions, clarify ownership, document outcomes, and track follow-up actions.
- Connect execution plans to measurable business, technical, customer, quality, productivity, and delivery outcomes.
- Prepare executive-ready program reviews, status reports, retrospectives, and planning materials.
- Follow information security policies, protect confidential information, report suspected breaches, and complete required security training.
Требования
- At least 4 years of experience in technical program management, program management, or a related role within a software or SaaS organization.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile delivery, quarterly planning, backlog management, and cross-functional execution.
- Experience managing complex technical programs involving multiple teams, dependencies, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
- Experience working with Product, R&D, Architecture, DevOps, Security, and senior leadership.
- Ability to understand technical concepts, architectural trade-offs, engineering constraints, and delivery risks.
- Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and operational skills.
- Experience with KPIs, dashboards, delivery metrics, risk tracking, and executive reporting.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and drive ownership, decisions, and outcomes.
