Own the technical relationship with enterprise customers and partners across EMEA for a cybersecurity platform. Advise stakeholders on security validation, architecture, integrations, adoption, and scalable deployments.

- Own technical relationships with enterprise customers across EMEA.
- Advise customers on security validation, architecture, integrations, and platform adoption.
- Lead technical onboarding, architecture reviews, and success planning.
- Resolve or escalate complex technical challenges.
- Conduct technical reviews and executive business reviews with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Monitor customer technical health, adoption, integrations, and validation maturity.
- Identify new use cases and support platform expansion.
- Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.
- Enable partners and distributors through technical workshops, architecture guidance, and escalation support.
- Help partners design scalable enterprise and managed service deployments.
Требования
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Security Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of SIEM, XDR/EDR, vulnerability management, threat detection, and exposure management.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, automation, and data flows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, Windows, and macOS.
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
- Experience leading customer workshops, technical reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Strong communication skills with technical teams and CISOs.
- Fluent English and availability to support EMEA customers and travel occasionally.

- Experience with BAS, AEV, MDR, DevSecOps, cloud security, or threat intelligence.
- Additional European languages.
- Experience supporting managed service deployments.
