Lead complex UAV and defense programs through the full lifecycle, from proposal and contract phases to delivery and customer support. Manage multidisciplinary teams, international customers, suppliers, budgets, schedules, risks, and contractual commitments.
Обязанности
- Manage programs from proposal and contract phases through delivery and customer support
- Own program execution, budgets, schedules, and profitability targets
- Manage business and operational relationships with customers in Israel and abroad
- Lead work plans, milestones, and program control processes
- Manage risks, constraints, and opportunities throughout the program lifecycle
- Lead matrixed teams and coordinate engineering, development, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and quality functions
- Manage suppliers and subcontractors
- Lead integration activities, testing, deliveries, and system implementation at customer sites
- Report program status, performance, and forecasts to management
Требования
- B.Sc. in a relevant technological field
- At least 5 years of experience managing programs, projects, or complex technological systems
- Experience working with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and contractual commitments
- High-level written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel within Israel and abroad
- Strong systems and business perspective, decision-making, negotiation, and process leadership skills
