Lead a complex international mission-aircraft program from contract formation through customer delivery, with end-to-end responsibility for budgets, resources, risks, and organizational coordination.

- Lead the full program lifecycle from contract formation through delivery to a foreign customer
- Own program budgets exceeding $1 billion
- Track and manage resources
- Identify risks early, escalate constraints, and develop real-time mitigation plans
- Drive coordination among project managers, product managers, and cross-functional teams
- Maintain organizational synchronization and collaboration
Требования
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant academic field
- At least 8 years of experience managing complex business projects
- Experience managing projects or organizations with budgets of at least $100 million
- Proven experience in business negotiations
- Good spoken, written, and reading English
- Willingness to travel internationally
