Lead a major, multi-year aerospace program for a strategic customer, overseeing development-related work, business performance, project delivery, and direct and matrixed teams.
Обязанности
- Lead and jointly manage a major program for a strategic domestic and international customer, including development activities
- Manage projects end to end, from initiation and planning through execution and serial delivery
- Prepare quotations and pursue new business opportunities
- Monitor projects and coordinate with supporting managers
- Address customer requirements, understand contract terms, and ensure contractual compliance
- Report to senior management and meet business, quality, and schedule targets
- Lead employees directly and through matrix structures
- Travel internationally and work additional hours as needed
Требования
- Israeli citizenship
- Academic education in logistics, business administration, economics, or engineering
- At least 5 years of project management experience on multi-year projects valued above $40 million
- Experience working with international customers
- Experience with ERP and project management support systems
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
