A global computer hardware manufacturer is seeking a Senior NPI Infrastructure Program Manager to own production infrastructure readiness across new product introduction lines and manufacturing sites worldwide.
Обязанности
- Manage NPI production infrastructure supply chains from design review through delivery and implementation at production sites.
- Own production infrastructure readiness for worldwide NPI lines.
- Manage production capacity, infrastructure support, risk assessment, maintenance activities, budgets, and process improvements.
- Coordinate infrastructure support for multiple contract manufacturing sites.
- Drive infrastructure establishment and ongoing operational readiness.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to lead tasks independently from initiation through completion in a dynamic environment.
- Strong decision-making, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience managing contract manufacturers in a production environment.
- Background in mechanical design or production processes such as SMT, electromechanical assembly, and mechanical integration.
- Experience with production transfer activities, SAP, Agile systems, budgeting, or supply-demand planning.
- Familiarity with Wrike.
