A major public organization in Jerusalem is seeking an experienced manager to oversee infrastructure systems, technology teams, projects, budgets, and maintenance planning in a hybrid role.
Обязанности
- Manage organizational infrastructure systems, including operating systems, communications software, databases, and passive infrastructure.
- Manage technology teams and lead technology projects and large-scale budgets.
- Plan, specify, coordinate, and supervise projects throughout their lifecycle, including planning files and maintenance frameworks.
- Plan and execute technology tenders for new projects, including preparing specifications and tender documents.
- Evaluate existing technologies and recommend upgrades or replacements based on organizational needs.
- Work continuously with consultants, IT staff, systems, communications, information security, and cybersecurity teams.
- Track work orders, manage project budgets, and approve completed work.
Требования
- At least six years of experience in infrastructure and technology.
- Proven experience managing technology teams.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end technology projects, including planning, specification, and oversight.
- Experience managing large-scale project budgets and tracking work orders.
- Deep understanding of project management, systems administration, communications, information security, and cybersecurity.
- Broad knowledge of passive infrastructure.
- Relevant education.
