Lead end-to-end VLSI program planning and execution for networking hardware products supporting next-generation data centers. Coordinate engineers, project managers, executives, and interfacing organizations across functions and geographies.

- Build and manage long-term hardware programs
- Set timelines, allocate resources, and establish progress milestones
- Drive program planning, execution, and end-to-end activity tracking
- Coordinate project managers, engineers, team leaders, and executives
- Align programs with organizational strategy, commitments, priorities, and targets
- Facilitate cross-functional accountability for tasks and deadlines
- Identify risks, prioritize responses, and develop mitigation strategies
- Plan networking solution lifecycles
Требования
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field
- At least 8 years of hardware program management experience
- Strong program management skills and familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives
- Professional written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, accountability, adaptability, and leadership skills

- Experience in hardware development, design, and manufacturing
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure technologies, including electrical and mechanical systems
