Lead complex, cross-organizational AI programs and technology initiatives, connecting business, technology, data, governance, and operational stakeholders within a financial services organization.
Обязанности
- Lead a portfolio of AI initiatives and synchronize squads, product owners, data teams, and business units
- Coordinate work across business leadership, IT, data, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, legal, and Responsible AI teams
- Define end-to-end operating models connecting squads, IT units, architecture teams, and organizational governance functions
- Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements through process redesign, automation, and Agentic AI solutions
- Lead governance and control processes supporting AI operations and regulatory requirements
- Drive complex, cross-organizational technology programs from planning through delivery
- Create structure, transparency, and effective workflows across stakeholders, systems, squads, and organizational dependencies
Требования
- At least 7 years of experience in product management, program management, complex technology project management, or organizational transformation
- Proven experience leading complex programs and delivering results in environments with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with senior leadership and making organization-level decisions
- Broad business and technology understanding, including prioritization and coordination between business and technology teams
- Experience working with development, data, architecture, infrastructure, and IT teams
- Experience leading cross-organizational interfaces with Responsible AI, legal, cybersecurity, IT, and business leadership
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira
- Strong leadership, systems thinking, initiative, and entrepreneurial approach
