Lead a complex air defense systems program in a dynamic, technology-focused environment. Manage teams, cross-functional processes, schedules, budgets, customers, proposals, and executive communications.

- Lead an air defense systems program through delivery against objectives.
- Lead program teams and complex cross-functional processes in a matrix organization.
- Develop and manage schedules and work plans.
- Develop and manage a significant program budget.
- Engage with prospective customers in Israel and abroad.
- Prepare marketing materials, quotations, and other program documents.
- Manage team operating routines.
- Prepare and present materials to senior management.
Требования
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
- Major rank or higher as an air defense officer.
- Strong familiarity with air defense systems.
- Very high-level English.
- Willingness to work extended and irregular hours and travel abroad occasionally.
