Lead planning, resource management, and execution-control processes across a complex, multi-project R&D organization. Track delivery performance, improve utilization, and provide transparent, data-driven insights to leadership.
Обязанности
- Manage plan-versus-actual tracking for R&D programs and workstreams
- Monitor engineering resource allocation across multidisciplinary teams
- Identify and escalate schedule, resource, and scope deviations
- Maintain work plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, and capacity needs
- Track organization-wide R&D capacity, demand, and utilization
- Analyze workload and utilization trends and recommend efficiency improvements
- Lead change-control processes and assess impacts on approved plans
- Define KPIs and develop leadership dashboards and reports
- Present status updates, risks, bottlenecks, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering leads, product management, and leadership
- Maintain planning methodologies, templates, and tools
Требования
- 2–6 years of experience in PMO, R&D planning, project management, or planning and control
- Experience with plan-versus-actual tracking and R&D resource management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret engineering workloads
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Monday, Excel, or similar project and resource management tools
- Understanding of system-level R&D interactions and strong process orientation
- Experience working with international stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to influence without formal authority
