An enterprise PMO professional is sought to coordinate strategic business-unit projects, establish consistent planning and reporting practices, and improve project and organizational performance in a technology-focused environment.
Обязанности
- Coordinate and present an overview of business-unit projects, including status, milestones, schedules, budgets, resources, and objectives
- Develop and implement organizational methodologies, workflows, templates, and control and reporting tools
- Support P&L management and oversight across business units
- Analyze, track, and update project data in organizational systems such as Jira and Priority
- Lead planning, budget control, resource utilization, performance, and profitability tracking at project and business-unit levels
- Drive process improvement and optimization, capture project lessons learned, and support their implementation
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of proven experience in project management or PMO work for complex projects in a business and technology organization
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work against dynamic deadlines in a matrix organization
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
- Ability to collaborate across multiple organizational interfaces
