Support the execution of multidisciplinary programs involving autonomous aerial systems and counter-drone technologies. Own defined workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, track dependencies, and drive deliverables through integration, testing, field trials, and customer deployments.
Обязанности
- Support daily program planning and execution across R&D, operations, procurement, supply chain, and finance.
- Own assigned workstreams from objective definition and planning through delivery.
- Track procurement requirements, supplier commitments, orders, and long-lead items.
- Coordinate hardware and equipment readiness for integration, testing, field deployments, and key milestones.
- Lead system implementation with operational end users and serve as the primary coordination point.
- Maintain action-item trackers and task boards, follow up with owners, and remove blockers.
- Identify execution risks and bottlenecks, develop recovery plans, and escalate issues with proposed solutions.
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and align teams on decisions, ownership, and deadlines.
- Support program reviews, integration activities, field trials, demonstrations, and customer deliveries.
- Prepare concise status updates and decision-support materials.

- Strong initiative, ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to coordinate multiple contributors and collaborate across technical, operational, and business teams.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, including dependency and deadline tracking.
- Practical, proactive problem-solving approach.
- Strong Hebrew and English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity and ability to learn unfamiliar technical details, software, and program management tools quickly.
- Flexibility to support critical milestones, field trials, and customer demonstrations, including schedule changes when necessary.

- Experience in the defense sector or direct interaction with the IDF, Israel Ministry of Defense, or DDR&D.
- Familiarity with unmanned aerial systems, drones, counter-drone technologies, robotics, or tactical systems.
- Hands-on experience in system integration, field operations, procurement, supply chain, or technical support.
- A relevant degree in engineering or management, or formal project management coursework.
