Lead IT portfolio planning, governance, reporting, and delivery oversight across a global, multi-site organization. Align initiatives with business priorities, resources, and company strategy.
Обязанности
- Establish and manage the IT project portfolio in line with company strategy
- Develop and maintain PMO methodologies, templates, and reporting tools
- Coordinate project prioritization with management and business stakeholders
- Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables across IT projects
- Facilitate regular project reviews and executive reporting
- Support project managers in applying governance standards and best practices
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and overall portfolio health
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or Information Systems
- At least 4 years of experience in PMO, project portfolio, or IT governance roles
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Excellent spoken and written English
Будет плюсом
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience working in a global, multi-site organization
