A nonprofit organization is seeking a coordinator to turn educational goals into work plans and manage the delivery of international programs and delegations. The role includes end-to-end logistics and ongoing work with overseas partners and communities. Hybrid work: three days a week in the Tel A.
Обязанности
- Translate strategic goals and educational objectives into work plans, detailed schedules, and content plans.
- Manage international program and delegation logistics end to end, including flights, accommodation, transportation, budgets, speakers, and communications through monday.com.
- Maintain and develop relationships with partners, host organizations, and communities abroad.
Требования
- At least two years of experience in project management, operations, or program and event production.
- Very strong Hebrew and English, spoken and written, for communication with international contacts.
- Excellent command of project management systems; monday.com is preferred, along with Google or Office tools.
- Ability to turn strategic ideas into creative, practical work plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead processes across multiple stakeholders.

- Background in public diplomacy, activism, education, or content.
- Experience working with marketing teams and producing content.
