Lead the development and operation of a cybersecurity startup ecosystem program that connects Israeli startups with enterprise security leaders, customers, investors, and a global technology organization.

- Build and lead the startup ecosystem program from initial design through ongoing operation.
- Define program goals, selection criteria, milestones, and lifecycle processes.
- Source and recruit high-potential Israeli cybersecurity startups and maintain relationships with founders, venture capital firms, and accelerators.
- Develop and sustain a startup community focused on Israeli cyber innovation.
- Engage enterprise customers and CISO advisors to connect security leaders with startup innovators.
- Plan and facilitate innovation briefings, executive talks, roundtables, delegation visits, community events, and related activities.
- Coordinate joint content and marketing initiatives, including videos, podcasts, articles, and events.
- Build the program brand and manage its communications and public presence.
- Collaborate with research and development, product, sales, and marketing teams on strategic alignment.
- Track program performance, report key metrics to senior leadership, and improve activities using participant and customer feedback.
Требования
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem building with technology startups.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and the Israeli cybersecurity ecosystem, including key players, domains, and market dynamics.
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and able to build a program from the ground up with minimal structure.
- Strong relationship-building skills with founders, C-level executives, CISOs, and venture capital investors.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills for coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.

- Experience in a cybersecurity-focused venture capital fund in business development, startup scouting, or portfolio support.
- Founder or senior operating experience at a cybersecurity startup.
- MBA.
