Lead and scale a fast-growing B2C online marketplace and comparison platform as the senior business operator. Own strategy, P&L, growth, profitability, and cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, product, web, and operations.
Обязанности
- Own the business P&L, revenue, margin, profitability, and overall performance.
- Define and execute strategy for growth, profitability, and scalability.
- Set targets, budgets, forecasts, and unit economics.
- Identify expansion opportunities and new revenue streams.
- Lead sales, pipeline, conversion, customer and partner retention, and revenue targets.
- Develop partnerships, new channels, commercial processes, incentives, and reporting.
- Own paid, organic, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.
- Optimize acquisition, retention, monetization, ROI, and CAC/LTV.
- Improve website performance, user funnels, conversion, and user experience.
- Prioritize product and web roadmaps using business metrics and customer insight.
- Drive product and pricing decisions with data.
- Own operational execution and efficiency systems.
- Hire and scale a distributed cross-functional team.
- Build an accountable, results-driven culture.
Требования
- Proven experience running or co-running a B2C product or business unit.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L ownership and unit economics.
- Experience owning revenue targets through sales leadership or business development.
- Strong marketing and growth experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of websites, funnels, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience partnering with or managing product teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Highly analytical and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
