Join an AI-focused software company helping enterprise insurers automate regulatory work. Own the product development lifecycle, R&D delivery operations, workflow automation, and release communications across Product, Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams.
Обязанности
- Own day-to-day R&D delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
- Design, maintain, and optimize Linear workflows, issue types, release boards, and automated tracking.
- Coordinate the product development lifecycle from feature specification through development, testing, and production release.
- Create release notes, internal enablement guides, technical documentation, and product updates.
- Monitor release cycles, track bugs, improve regression testing, and develop automated deployment triggers.
- Coordinate backend and AI engineers, designers, Product, and go-to-market teams for feature rollouts.
- Identify process improvements and introduce automation across product and engineering operations.
Требования
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Product, Product Operations, or Technical Product Management is preferred.
- Experience working in a structured product environment using established PM or Scrum methodologies.
- Deep proficiency with Linear, Jira, or similar tools, including sprint management, backlog prioritization, and workflow automation.
- Comfort participating in technical discussions about B2B SaaS architectures, workflows, and API integrations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex engineering and AI updates clearly.
- Self-motivated and able to identify bottlenecks, own solutions, and work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take on increasing scope.
