Lead the definition, architecture, and development of AI-enabled autonomous operational systems from concept through deployment. Shape product direction, translate operational needs into system capabilities, and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and customer stakeholders.

- Define product vision and roadmap in line with operational, technological, and business needs
- Lead capability definition and shape system architecture from concept through operational deployment
- Translate operational requirements into system capabilities, requirements, and technical solutions
- Drive system design and strategic thinking for intelligent agents, autonomous capabilities, decision-making, and AI integration
- Collaborate with software, systems engineering, AI/ML, UX, integration, testing, and trials teams
- Lead professional interfaces with customers, users, and development stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, systems engineering, software architecture, or technical leadership
- Experience working with complex software systems in diverse technological environments
- Experience leading capability or product development from definition through implementation
- Ability to understand technologies in depth, analyze complex systems, and collaborate across engineering disciplines
- Fluent English proficiency
