- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Write detailed specifications and guide development processes.
- Manage the full lifecycle of AI agents.
- Define key performance indicators and business success metrics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, data teams, and senior management.
- Establish AI standards and best practices across the organization.
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis, product management, or business analysis.
- Experience writing functional and technical specifications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Experience leading projects or products from start to finish.
- Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong systems thinking and adaptability in dynamic environments.

- Experience with AI, generative AI, large language models, or Copilot.
- Experience working with data and key performance indicators.
- Experience in large organizations or regulated environments.
