Lead the product function at a high-growth AI company delivering transparent, data-driven decision intelligence for enterprise customers. Own strategy, roadmap, team development, customer engagement, and execution across complex technical products.
Обязанности
- Lead and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company and customer priorities.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and domain specialists.
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration.
- Work hands-on with Engineering, Data, and Design teams.
- Lead customer roadmap reviews, gather requirements, and present product direction to enterprise stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
- Translate complex AI and algorithmic capabilities into clear user experiences and value propositions.
- Provide product insights to leadership to inform strategy and investment decisions.
- Manage timelines, trade-offs, and delivery in a resource-conscious environment.
Требования
- 15+ years of product management experience, including at least 6 years in product leadership.
- Track record of owning and shipping complex technical products.
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing Product Managers.
- Experience engaging enterprise buyers and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to connect product decisions with revenue, retention, and growth.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes.
