Lead the strategy and execution of scalable automation platforms, using AI and infrastructure capabilities to improve complex workflows and high-stakes user touchpoints.

- Lead zero-to-one strategy and execution for critical automation platforms.
- Build scalable infrastructure that supports seamless workflows and measurable efficiency gains.
- Analyze complex processes to identify opportunities for self-service and AI-driven automation.
- Build GenAI and LLM-enabled capabilities for high-stakes operational touchpoints.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and internal stakeholders to shape product strategy.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and working prototypes.
- Own the roadmap for foundational infrastructure and prioritize solutions that reduce friction.
- Mentor colleagues and promote rigorous problem-solving, systems thinking, and continuous learning.
Требования
- At least 10 years of product management experience in a successful startup or fast-growing company.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying generative AI applications and working with large language models at scale.
- Proven experience automating complex manual processes and scaling foundational workflows.
- Ability to deconstruct and optimize intricate, multi-step systems and data-heavy user journeys.
- Data-driven and analytical approach to turning platform metrics into product decisions.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-organized, process-driven approach to managing competing priorities and leading cross-functional agile teams.
- Strong curiosity about emerging technologies and a habit of experimentation and knowledge sharing.
- Willingness to work in an office environment most days of the week.
