Lead the definition, development, integration, and delivery of an advanced command and control defense system for an Israeli customer. The role works across engineering disciplines in an on-premises environment and supports AI-enabled product and workflow innovation.

- Lead product characterization, management, and development for a next-generation defense system
- Define and manage product requirements from early concept through customer delivery and deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional software, quality assurance, systems engineering, and integration activities
- Lead Agile development processes and provide matrix management for software and QA teams
- Integrate broad system capabilities in an on-premises solution
- Introduce commercial best practices to support technological innovation
- Integrate advanced AI capabilities into engineering workflows and product features
- Improve deployment processes and support scalable, secure architecture solutions
- Collaborate with engineering customers and operational end users in an integrated product team
Требования
- B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in product management, technical management, or engineering of multidisciplinary systems
- Experience with software, logical and physical interfaces, communications technologies, and edge hardware environments
- Experience working in Agile development processes within Scrum teams
- High-level written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong analytical, creative, self-learning, and problem-solving abilities
