Lead the strategy and execution of renter growth for a fintech platform that provides deposit alternatives. Own the experience across partner property-management systems, from awareness and qualification through adoption and conversion.
Обязанности
- Own the renter growth strategy and roadmap, including hypotheses, success metrics, and prioritization
- Partner with Data Science to improve qualification outcomes through machine-learning models while managing risk
- Run rapid experimentation across user experience and AI-enabled journeys, measuring impact rigorously
- Improve the product experience within property-management systems and partner environments
- Work with proptech and fintech vendors to reduce friction across external touchpoints
- Design renter programs and incentives that increase adoption while protecting unit economics
- Own the end-to-end funnel and performance metrics, including open, qualification, and choice rates
Требования
- At least 5 years of product management experience, including consumer-facing fintech
- Strong understanding of payments and the fintech competitive landscape
- Highly analytical approach, with the ability to independently use data and distinguish meaningful signals from noise
- Strong UX judgment and ability to identify where users leave a flow and why
- Ability to move between product strategy and hands-on execution in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
