Senior Product Manager / Payments Lead

Own and develop core payment products used by merchants and high-volume businesses. Lead strategy, discovery, delivery, optimization, and cross-functional execution across a payments ecosystem.

- Own payment products and capabilities from strategy and discovery through specification, development, launch, and optimization.
- Lead initiatives across online payments, point-of-sale payments, recurring payments, payment methods, transaction management, and merchant-facing products.
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics.
- Create product requirements documents, user flows, business rules, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and improve APIs, webhooks, integrations, and developer-facing payment capabilities.
- Own transaction flows covering authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, cancellations, recurring payments, and reconciliation.
- Identify payment-flow friction and improve conversion, reliability, and merchant experience.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX/UI, QA, operations, sales, finance, and compliance teams.
- Work with merchants, partners, processors, card networks, and external technology providers.
- Use data, customer feedback, and business performance to guide product decisions and manage execution in Jira.
Требования
- At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably with complex B2B or infrastructure products.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in payments or fintech.
- Experience with payment gateways, acquiring, payment service providers, card processors, fintech platforms, or payment infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle, including authorization, capture, voids, refunds, cancellations, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of recurring and tokenized payments, payment methods, digital wallets, 3DS, authentication flows, APIs, and webhooks.
- Strong technical orientation and experience working directly with engineers and architects on backend-driven products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and spoken English skills.
- Ability to independently drive initiatives and take end-to-end product ownership.
