Lead the hotel booking experience for a business travel product in Tel Aviv. Own the journey from search and hotel selection through checkout, confirmation, and post-booking engagement, with a focus on AI-driven personalization and conversion.
Обязанности
- Own the full hotel journey from destination intent and search through hotel details, room selection, checkout, confirmation, and post-booking engagement
- Design conversational, recommendation-based, proactive, and UI-supported AI hotel booking workflows
- Define the roadmap to improve search-to-booking, availability-to-checkout, checkout completion, and repeat booking conversion
- Improve hotel search, ranking, filtering, recommendations, availability logic, and explanations based on traveler intent and preferences
- Plan and run A/B tests across search results, hotel detail pages, room selection, checkout, rewards messaging, onboarding, and AI-assisted booking
- Connect hotel experiences with flights, restaurants, itineraries, calendars, email synchronization, and proactive travel workflows
Требования
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience with conversion optimization, funnel analysis, checkout flows, experimentation, and growth metrics
- Experience using dashboards, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics to guide product decisions
- Understanding of AI-driven decision-making, autonomous workflows, proactive recommendations, and personalized task completion
- Ability to align design, engineering, AI, data, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders
