- Own the roadmap and backlog for assigned enterprise storage platform areas.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from enterprise customers, sales teams, and field organizations.
- Translate customer and business needs into product and feature improvements.
- Write product requirements documents and detailed feature specifications.
- Validate that key requirements are met through hands-on testing and review.
- Partner with engineering on release planning, scope, and prioritization trade-offs.
- Create product documentation, deployment and configuration guidance, technical references, and internal enablement materials.
- Support presales activities, competitive positioning, and customer and analyst discussions.
- Monitor storage market trends, including AI and data workloads, cyber resilience, hybrid cloud, file storage, and block storage.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, professional services, and support teams.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience with data center and IT infrastructure, including areas such as compute, networking, SAN/NAS, replication, or backup and recovery.
- At least 5 years of relevant product management experience, preferably in enterprise storage or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of enterprise and service-provider customer needs.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and large-scale accounts to deliver releases and support deployments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and business contexts.
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to manage projects independently.
