Own the roadmap and customer outcomes for a real-time detection platform that identifies trusted users, automated agents, fraudsters, and abuse across digital interactions.
Обязанности
- Own the product roadmap from discovery and problem definition through delivery and adoption
- Partner with data science and engineering to improve detection quality, coverage, model and rule performance, and false-positive rates
- Define and track detection, latency, customer impact, and adoption metrics
- Engage customers, technical account managers, and analysts to understand fraud problems and operational needs
- Anticipate emerging fraud, abuse, automation, and AI-agent threats
- Write product requirements and make focused scoping decisions
- Collaborate with design and documentation teams on admin console and API experiences
- Support go-to-market enablement, positioning, and customer adoption
- Manage stakeholders and dependencies across product, engineering, and data science
Требования
- 4–6 years of product management experience, ideally with technical, data-heavy, platform, or API products
- Background in fraud prevention, risk, cybersecurity, identity, or anti-abuse
- Ability to reason about data, models, risk signals, precision, recall, and false-positive trade-offs
- Strong customer focus and ability to translate customer insight into prioritization
- Track record of shipping scoped products with measurable impact
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong prioritization, judgment, and MVP-oriented decision-making
- Collaborative, autonomous approach suited to a fast-moving environment
