Seeking a founding Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, validation, and launch of a new consumer health platform. You will conduct user research, define product-market fit, drive growth strategies, and partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver measurable clinical outcomes.

- Conduct user research and market validation to define product-market fit
- Lead product launch and go-to-market execution
- Develop and implement growth strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Drive product development with engineering, design, and data science teams
- Design and test service prototypes with clinical and product teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Clinical teams to ensure commercial viability
- Define success metrics and health checks to inform key decisions
Требования
- 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Proven track record of taking consumer products from concept to launch
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product strategy
- Proficiency with A/B testing, experimentation, and iterative development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
