Senior Product Manager, Business Intelligence and Reporting

Own the roadmap and delivery of BI and reporting initiatives, from discovery through release and adoption. Partner with business stakeholders, product leaders, data teams, and engineering to turn decision needs into reliable reporting capabilities.
Обязанности
- Understand business workflows, pain points, and decision needs with finance, FP&A, publisher operations, and sales operations stakeholders.
- Own and maintain the BI and reporting roadmap, balancing business value, technical feasibility, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
- Prioritize initiatives and advocate for sprint capacity with product leadership and peers.
- Drive initiatives from discovery and definition through development, release, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
- Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success measures, and delivery plans.
- Partner with data and engineering teams to build and improve reporting pipelines, data models, BI reports, and supporting infrastructure.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, demos, and release coordination for owned initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders, communicate trade-offs and risks, and facilitate decisions.
- Validate reporting accuracy, clarity, usability, and alignment with business questions.
- Create documentation, release communications, and enablement materials to support adoption.
Требования
- At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in BI, reporting, analytics, SaaS, or a related technical environment.
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to move work forward independently.
- Experience identifying business needs with stakeholders and turning ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience partnering with engineering and data teams on requirements, dependencies, trade-offs, and delivery decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.

- Experience with SQL, data modeling, data warehouses, semantic layers, or reporting pipelines.
- Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or Datorama.
- Experience with distributed data stores and relational databases, including Vertica or Druid.
- Background in financial reporting, FP&A, margin analysis, publisher operations, or sales operations.
- Experience with agile practices and globally distributed teams.
