- Own product areas from discovery through launch
- Define the composable primitives agents use for context, tools, system actions, workflow transitions, and human oversight
- Design extensible connectors, configuration capabilities, and guardrails
- Define agent behavior, permissions, timing, and human handoffs
- Prototype product concepts with working demonstrations
- Conduct customer research with HR and enterprise stakeholders
- Make scope and sequencing decisions, including what not to build
Требования
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic tools
- Practical understanding of prompting, context, tool use, and evaluations
- Strong understanding of data models and systems thinking
- Technical ability to read code, query data, and build prototypes
- Strong product judgment, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively with incomplete information and move quickly
