Own an end-to-end product pillar for an AI-powered developer platform. Lead discovery, strategy, experience design, delivery, launch, and measurable adoption in collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.

- Own a product pillar as an end-to-end value stream within a broader platform.
- Conduct customer discovery, usage analysis, and competitive research to define product direction.
- Set product priorities and communicate the rationale to engineering, leadership, and the market.
- Shape user experiences across UI, API, CLI, chat, and coding interfaces with design and engineering.
- Drive cross-functional execution across the full product lifecycle, from problem selection through launch and adoption.
- Design products that enable AI agents to act reliably and developers to navigate intuitively.
- Define success metrics before launch, monitor adoption, analyze outcomes, and iterate the product.
- Develop product positioning and technical enablement for the owned product area.
Требования
- 4+ years of product management experience across at least two companies or roles.
- A track record of shipping products used by developers or other technical users.
- Experience shipping an AI-powered product or feature into production.
- Technical familiarity with APIs, MCP, CLI, and comparable developer-facing interfaces.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to guide product decisions and define success metrics.
- Hands-on use of AI tools and a clear perspective on AI for developers.
- Strong communication skills for explaining product decisions to teams, customers, and executives.
- A collaborative approach and experience leading teams through difficult product challenges.
