Lead product strategy and execution for freelancer discovery, representation, ranking, matching, and business growth on an online marketplace platform.
Обязанности
- Shape product strategy for freelancer representation, discovery, and ranking
- Lead multidisciplinary collaboration with engineering, design, and data science teams
- Define how freelancer skill and proficiency signals are collected, validated, and used
- Improve freelancer onboarding, performance dashboards, and level systems
- Create and execute strategic product roadmaps
- Collaborate with search, ranking, data science, and client product stakeholders
- Use data and experimentation to improve matching quality and marketplace outcomes
Требования
- At least 5 years of relevant Product Management experience
- Strong analytical skills, including product hypothesis development, validation, and data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of how product decisions affect algorithmic outcomes and client-freelancer match quality
- Ability to translate user needs and opportunities into products and features for a diverse user base
- Good understanding of UI/UX
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
- Strong communication, listening, learning, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short delivery cycles
